How does the trial work?
Install the Panellium WHM plugin and it works immediately with full features. The only difference from a paid license: the data window is limited to 5 minutes. When you're ready for historical data, purchase a license and the full data history becomes available without reinstalling anything.
Do I need a license for each server?
Yes. The Server Admin plan is priced per server. Each WHM installation that runs Panellium requires its own license. There is no limit on the number of cPanel accounts per server.
How does billing work via Freemius?
Panellium uses Freemius for license management and payments. When you purchase a license, you'll create a Freemius account (or log into an existing one). Freemius handles subscriptions, invoicing, and license key delivery. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel anytime from the Freemius Customer Portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Freemius Customer Portal. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, Panellium reverts to trial mode (5-minute data window) — it continues to work, just without historical data.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through Freemius, which accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal. Freemius handles VAT/tax calculations based on your location.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases. If Panellium doesn't meet your needs, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Since you can try the full product before buying, we're confident you'll know whether it works for you.
