What's the difference between a licensed and unlicensed install?
Without a license, Panellium shows a 15-minute live window. With a license, you get 30 days of history. Everything else — real-time dashboard, per-account detail pages, metrics, unlimited cPanel accounts — works the same either way.
Why 30 days of history?
Panellium is built for operational troubleshooting — finding which account caused a load spike and correlating it across metrics. Older incidents that don't recur aren't useful; 30 days covers recurring patterns and monthly cycles without turning the tool into a long-term archive.
Do I need a license for each server?
Yes. The Server Admin plan is priced per server. Each WHM installation that runs Panellium requires its own license. There is no limit on the number of cPanel accounts per server.
How does billing work via Freemius?
Panellium uses Freemius for license management and payments. When you purchase a license, you'll create a Freemius account (or log into an existing one). Freemius handles subscriptions, invoicing, and license key delivery. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel anytime from the Freemius Customer Portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Freemius Customer Portal. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, Panellium keeps working with a 15-minute live window — all features except long history.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through Freemius, which accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal. Freemius handles VAT/tax calculations based on your location.
Is there a refund policy?
